Our Services


Our cycling equipment consists of 20 RealRyder indoor cycling bikes. RealRyder transforms the face of the traditional exercise bike and takes workouts to a whole new level. Our cycling equipment allows you to steer, lean, turn, and move side to side, constantly engaging the core muscle groups to burn more calories and get optimal results. Our "Rydes" burn 30% more calories per session compared to conventional indoor cycling bikes. It truly redefines the traditional spinning workout and is the closest thing to actually being on the road.


Our yoga classes encompass a wide variety of different yoga styles for participants of all levels. Yoga classes will help balance and maintain a busy lifestyle. Our instructors encourage students to listen to their body, to respect its wisdom, and to progress at their own pace. The intention of the instructors at Iron Lion Fitness Studio is to assist students in the development of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being—a truly priceless health advantage! We also offer prenatal yoga for expecting moms. 

Personal Training

Our staff will design a comprehensive personal training program to help you achieve your goals. Through support and fitness expertise, we will keep you moving forward toward success, while maintaining a positive, genuine concern for your exercise progress. All of our personal trainers are National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) certified.

Cross Training

Cross Training is an innovative way to get in shape while having fun! This is a group fitness class, where all sessions are taught by certified fitness professionals with over 20 years of combined experience in the fitness industry. Iron Lion's cross training combines calisthenics, the one-on-one attention of a personal trainer, and the motivation of group training to create the perfect body toning and sculpting workout.
